SHAURMYAN PRIVACY POLICY

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and protection of the personal data of users of the SHAURMYAN website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service," "we," or "Operator").
This Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Protection of Personal Data" No. ЗР-49 of October 8, 2015 (as subsequently amended), as well as other applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with its terms. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please refrain from using the Service.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
Placing, processing, and delivering orders
User identification and account management
Contacting you regarding orders, delivery, and service
Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia
Prevention of fraudulent and illegal activities
5. Legal grounds for processing
In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Protection of Personal Data," processing is carried out on the following grounds:
Contract performance — processing is necessary to fulfill your order
Consent of the subject — marketing newsletters and geolocation — only with your explicit consent, which you have the right to revoke at any time
Legitimate interest — ensuring the security of the Service and preventing fraud
Legal obligation — compliance with the requirements of tax, accounting, and other legislation of the Republic of Armenia
6. Data retention periods
Account data — during the account validity period + 3 years after its deletion
Order and payment data — 5 years in accordance with RA tax legislation
Marketing newsletter data — until consent is revoked
Technical logs — no more than 12 months
After the specified period, the data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
7. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Transfer is only possible in the following cases:
Courier services and delivery partners — to the extent necessary to fulfill the order (name, address, phone number)
IT providers and cloud services — for technical support of the Service (with concluded data processing agreements)
RA government agencies — upon legal requirement stipulated by law
8. Cross-border Data Transfer
If cloud infrastructure is used outside the Republic of Armenia, cross-border data transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 18 of the RA Law "On the Protection of Personal Data" — only to countries that ensure an adequate level of protection, or with the presence of appropriate contractual guarantees.
